About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Site Administrator to manage and maintain project documentation, oversee P&IDs and engineering records, and support general administration. Start date is February 2025.


Responsibilities

  • Documenting and maintaining all project documentation and circulating to relevant project personnel.
  • Experience in control of P&IDs and engineering documentation.
  • Submission of documents and creating transmittals.
  • Tracking the pending documents through weekly progress reports.
  • Export files in the required format.
  • Verifying weekly hours with site supervisors and updating Time Management System for payroll
  • General Administration Office Duties - Filing, photocopying, organising couriers, ensuring office supply stock levels are maintained, arranging office equipment maintenance (printers etc.)
  • Processing orders to procurement department using ERP system (Coins)
  • Maintaining project personnel Annual Leave tracker and working closely with Project and Constriction Management team. 


Candidate Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with P&IDs and managing engineering documentation
  • Experience in updating Time Management Systems for payroll
  • Strong general administrative skills (e.g. filing, photocopying, organizing couriers, managing office supplies)
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Coins, for order processing
