The Senior Client Manager is an advanced subject matter expert. This is a quota-bearing sales persona, and the primary responsibility of the role is to take full ownership of assigned accounts, retain these clients and find new business.The focus of this role is to manage and grow relationships in order to drive land, expansion and renewals across all solutions within assigned accounts.
The Senior Client Manager is required to pursue leads identified by aligned lead generation representatives/business development representatives.

You can be based within an easy commute of our Dublin office, and will report directly to our Country Manager, Ireland.
In this impactful role, you will be tasked with growing existing accounts, as well as opening and developing new customers.
Some of your key responsibilities:
Client Management: Build and nurture relationships with existing clients while actively seeing opportunities to expand our footprint. New Business Development : To identify, qualify, close and develop new logo accounts. Sales Excellence : Drive the sales process, showcasing our portfolio of technology solutions and managed services to both existing and new clients Cross-Group Collaboration: Working closely with internal stakeholders throughout the sales process (Sales Specialists, Client Partners, Technical & Solution Architects). Market Expertise: Leverage your experience in selling technology solutions within the Irish market to identify and capitalise on business opportunities. Strategic Growth: Work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic plans for business expansion.Required Skills & Experience:
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in selling technology solutions and/or managed services, with a focus on the Irish market. Client Focused: A passion for understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations. Drive: Ambitious and self-motivated, with a hunger for success and a determination to overachieve sales targets. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions in a clear and concise manner.What’s in it for you?
