What you’ll do:

Lead the catering team to deliver consistent, high-quality service aligned with company standards and client contracts.

Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health and safety regulations, and implement HACCP protocols.

Collaborate with chefs to develop innovative menus, focusing on sustainability and health-conscious options.

Oversee staff training, scheduling, and performance to maintain a skilled and motivated team.

Manage budgets effectively, controlling costs while meeting financial targets.

What you bring:

Proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years managing catering services.

Strong knowledge of customer service and operational standards in the catering or hospitality industry.

Qualifications in professional cookery (706/1 & 706/2 or equivalent) and HACCP training.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to build and lead a team.

Practical knowledge of health and safety standards and experience with budget management.
