eCommerce Analyst

Key Accountabilities:

  • Experienced at optimising the Customer Journey
  • Strong background in User Experience
  • Analysing online sales data and website performance metrics
  • Generating actionable insights to improve ecommerce strategies
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to drive online traffic and conversions
  • Reporting on ecommerce performance
  • Campaign planning, development and user journey analysis
  • Performance and functionality suggestions

Requirements:

  •  4+ Years' eCommerce Experience
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • High standard of analytical skills GA4, GTM / Other
  • Strong excel skills with the ability to quickly isolate data and insight
  • Ability to own projects / work as part of team
  • Ambitious and bring passion to the role every day
