Job Description
This role will report to the Danu Home Care Financial Controller. The Company operates in the Home Care sector and the successful candidate be working with an experienced finance team. The successful candidate will have responsibilities for, Payroll, Invoicing, Debtors, Creditors, also with some month end responsibility.
Roles and Responsibilities
Fortnightly Payroll
Monthly Invoicing
Month End Preparation Responsibility including Bank Reconciliation.
Monthly review of overheads, reporting variances to the senior management team.
Cash flow preparation
Involvement in annual budgets, forecasting
Statutory audit work
Drive continuous improvement.
Assist in answering business related problems.
Any other duties as assigned by line manager.
Qualification and Experience (desired but not compulsory)
Payroll Qualifications
IATI (or similar qualification)
Minimum 3 years relevant experience
Essential skills competencies and/or knowledge
Essential
Competency with MS Office
Experience with Payroll Software
Experience with Accounts Software

Sound business knowledge
Good IT skills, in particular good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Accounts and Payroll
