Job Purpose: Trade Counter Sales


Duties and Responsibilities:

       Liaise with Suppliers

       Provide excellent customer service, dealing with customer phone and/or counter queries

       Preparing quotations

       Maintain stock levels of products

       Dealing with any stock queries on orders

       Use of the In-House IT Software System

       Carrying out any additional duties as required to meet business requirements


Requirements:

       Experience in product merchandising

       Maintaining professional merchandising standards, including ensuring the correct labelling, pricing and complementary product placements

       Good communication and interpersonal skills

       Computer Skills

       Friendly, helpful attitude


Benefits:

Job Type: Permanent


Hours: 39 hours per week, over 6 days (Monday - Saturday)
