This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next challenge in their career growing and leading a team as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager.
Lead and develop a team of multidisciplined engineers in a medical device manufacturing environment. Manage product and process change activities, technology transfers while assuring continuity of supply. Work cross functionally & cross site to deliver finished product to the end customer. Lead projects to drive continuous improvement in key metrics in alignment with Lean, 6 Sigma, Design Robustness and Problem-Solving Principles Problem solve to solution level, with a structured approach, using the team, complete all associated planning and design validation activity required to achieve the desired outcome. Deliver solutions to enhance product reliability and process capability. Participate in the continuous development of the quality system, including standard operating procedures (SOP's), workflow development, product and process validations coupled with the ability to write concise technical reports.This position may suit you best if would like to do develop your career with Healthineers and the description below sounds like you

Knowledge of verification and validation of design changes and manufacturing equipment.Requirements to succeed in this role:
NFQ Level 8 or Higher in relevant technical discipline (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electronics, Engineering, or alternative) with 10 years relevant engineering experience. Degree in alternative disciplines will be considered if balanced by relevant engineering experience. 5 years’ experience or more in a relevant leadership position. Very strong technical background (Mechanical / Electromechanical / Manufacturing) Structured analysis skills with experience in complex technical troubleshooting Excellent collaboration & communications skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
