About the Company

As one of Ireland's largest insurance brokers, they provide insurance products and exceptional service to enhance the insurance journey. You will join a dedicated Personal Lines team that ensures the best outcomes and the opportunity to progress into other areas of the business

Your Responsibilities:

Provide advice to existing and prospective clients.
Process renewals and mid-term alterations for clients.
Uphold the highest professional standards in delivering client services.
Identify, acquire, and build new client relationships from existing opportunities.
Proactively manage relationships through regular contact and follow-up.
Effectively manage your workflow and plan activities for the future.

Your Experience & Skills:

As the ideal candidate, you will:

Experience: Minimum five years in commercial broking with strong technical/product knowledge.
Qualifications: Meet Central Bank of Ireland requirements, hold a minimum CIP qualification, and adhere to CPD requirements.
Tech Skills: Computer literate, Relay experience advantageous.
Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills for both internal and external interactions.
Professional Development: Demonstrate commitment with CIP examination success as a bonus.
Team Player: Committed to assisting colleague's development.
Adaptability: Thrives in embracing change.
Detail-oriented: Exhibits great attention to detail.
Work Style: Can work independently and collaboratively within a team.
