Store Manager - Bray

I am looking to speak with passionate Store Managers who have a love for customer service, KPI's and operations within a fast-paced environment.

My client who's based in Bray are a growing and dynamic non-food retail chain who are currently seeking a Store Manager to join their team.

My client is looking for a manager who has a history of achieving high sales and KPI's while training, coaching, and developing a team of 8+.

Responsibilities for this Store Manager job:

Lead, coach and train a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, KPI's and increase profitability.
Ensure the store is properly merchandised and maintained to company standards.
Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Monitor sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements for this Store Manager job:

2+ experience in a store management role, preferably in fashion, non-food, or grocery.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPI's.
Ability to effectively manage inventory and control costs.
Ability to work 40 hours.
