Roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Offer excellent HR support to staff and management
  • Coach and guide the supporting HR team
  • Ensure robust people plans are in place
  • Manage various employee relations challenges
  • Make recommendations where necessary while looking at the best approach for the whole business as one
  • Take part in various HR projects as the business sees fit

 

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience in a HR Manager or HRBP position with multi site experience would be desirable
  • Degree in HR or other related matter with a CIPD qualification is preferable
  • Previous experience in retail would be an advantage
  • Strong working experience in employee relations is essential
