Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to join their growing team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in leading Salesforce implementation projects, crafting high-level and low-level designs, and developing custom solutions to meet our client's needs. This role demands a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms, integration patterns, and cloud technologies, combined with a passion for continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Salesforce Implementation: Oversee Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Sales Cloud & Service Cloud Expertise: Utilize your expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or similar Salesforce products to design and develop tailored solutions.
  • Lightning Development & UI: Develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces using Salesforce Lightning components.
  • High-Level & Low-Level Design: Create comprehensive high-level and low-level design documents that guide the development process and ensure alignment with client objectives.
  • Integration Patterns: Design and implement robust integration solutions that connect Salesforce with other systems and platforms.
  • Cloud Exposure: Leverage your knowledge of cloud technologies to enhance Salesforce functionalities and optimize performance.
  • CI/CD Tools: Utilize Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools to streamline development processes and ensure high-quality releases.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or similar products.
  • Design Expertise: Demonstrated experience in high-level and low-level design for complex Salesforce projects.
  • Integration Knowledge: Strong understanding of various integration patterns and best practices.
  • Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • CI/CD Tools: Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar for automated testing and deployment.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are highly desirable.
