About the role: As a HR Transformation team member in our HR Technology practice, you will use your insight and expertise in payroll and workforce management projects to reach beyond traditional consulting boundaries. About you: Proven Workforce Management experience Consulting or Technical solution Implementation experience preferred. Experience in Workforce Management processes such as Scheduling, Timekeeping, Absence Management and Accruals. Experience working through the full lifecycle of a project or workstream including, Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing Experience with Workforce Management solutions such as Infor, Ultimate Kronos Group, Workforce Software, Ceridian, ADP or similar technologies Delivering work and high quality deliverables managing against project deadlines Proactively identify project issues and recommend viable workforce management solutions Familiarity with HR process lifecycle from employee hiring, scheduling, time tracking to Payroll processing.
