Responsibilities: Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support business transformation initiatives. Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess change readiness and develop targeted change management interventions. Define change management governance processes and ensure compliance with organisational standards and policies. Establish and maintain effective communication channels to promote transparency and facilitate stakeholder engagement throughout the change process. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Provide guidance and support to project teams and business units on change management best practices and methodologies. Facilitate change impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruption to business operations. Lead change management workshops, training sessions, and town hall meetings to promote awareness and adoption of change initiatives. Act as a liaison between project teams, senior leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of change efforts with strategic objectives. Prepare regular progress reports and updates for senior management, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues related to change initiatives.
