I am currently seeking a HR Administrator for our client, a Galway based healthcare business. This is a full time permanent position based onsite in Athenry for a busy and growing organisation reporting to the Operations Manager.


Role Responsibilities:

·      Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and managing HR-related documents.

·      Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating communication with candidates, preparing contracts and relevant documentation.

·      Facilitate the induction process for new hires, including preparing all materials, conducting induction and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.

·      Maintain and update employee records and HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

·      Maintain a good working relationship with all departments and be a point of contact for general HR queries and provide information regarding HR policies, benefits etc.

·      Monitor absence and time keeping in line with Company policy while ensuring employees are using the Time Management System both onsite and working remotely.

·      Assist and contribute to the development of the site-wide training plan.

·      Maintain the site training system and co-ordinate training files in conjunction with the QMS software.

·      Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

·      Ensure all staff are informed of and comply with HR policies.

·      Participate in HR related projects and assist in other HR related duties as required.

·      Cover reception / Admin duties as required.

Role Requirements:

·      A third level diploma or degree qualification in Human Resource Management is essential.

·      1-2 yearsâ experience in HR

·      Good knowledge of Irish Employment Law.

·      Strong communication, presentation skills with excellent attention to detail.

·      Ability to build strong working relationships with internal & external customers.
