Community Operations Analyst with German (Relocation bonus included)


Reporting to: Team Lead


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES


  • Assist the community by resolving inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Stay informed about the clientâs products and community standards.
  • Make balanced decisions and advocate effectively for the community.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication skills, and empathy.
  • Investigate and resolve platform issues like account support requests and abusive content reports.
  • Respond to user inquiries with quality, speed, and empathy.
  • Leverage market-specific knowledge to find scalable solutions for better user support.
  • Analyze data to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Enforce Terms of Use by monitoring and reviewing reported content within set guidelines.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and escalate issues as needed.

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE:

  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Cultural understanding of the market.
  • Experience in working in an office environment is preferable.
  • Extremely reliable, consistent, and hard-working
  • Passion for ensuring a positive, safe user experience
  • Flexible in working in a faced paced environment with different projects to work on.
  • Ability to learn new information in a short period of time
  • Eligible to work in Ireland full time (Stamp 4 or Irish citizenship or European)

  • Location: Sandyford (D18)
  • Working hours: 36.5 to 40 hours per week - Monday to Sunday (including Bank Holidays)
  • Shift: Day Shift ( 9:00AM-5:30PM OR Evening Shift ( 6:00PM - 2:00AM)
  • Pay Schedule: Monthly
  • Contract Type: Permanent.
