As their new Social Media Specialist, you will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and support brand teams and local market stakeholders. Your responsibilities include managing daily creative and operations across social channels, online and trade communities, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels. You will lead social media management focusing on attracting, cultivating, and engaging online communities.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Global Brand Teams on Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) store strategy, overseeing stock levels, product catalog, pricing, merchandising, payments, customer care, fulfillment, web updates, content, and traffic-driving initiatives. Partner with experts in the Digital Centre of Excellence to expand our DTC channels across all Spirits brands in the portfolio. Assist in developing and implementing a world-class Social Media strategy aimed at ensuring brand growth, relevance, and advocacy. Create monthly, quarterly, and annual content plans that align with core brand values to ensure timely relevance and visibility. Coordinate with agency partners to execute multiple brand campaigns annually across both local and international markets. Identify content gaps and work with the Digital Marketing Manager, Brand Teams, and Content partners to develop content that meets the evolving needs of each brand and platform. Engage with our online and trade communities through communications and content to build advocacy. Develop listening strategies to maximize outbound community management. Report on performance monthly, quarterly, and annually to ensure KPIs are met and strategies are optimized as needed. Manage the content repository, ensuring global marketing and trade teams have access to globally created and approved content.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Digital, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent job-related experience. Proven ability to develop and execute community management and social media strategies. Experience with Direct to Consumer (DTC) channels, driving traffic through organic and paid media and content. Familiarity with social media management and listening programs and with creative, media, and influencer agencies. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop / Premiere) is advantageous but not required. Strong collaboration, teamwork, and relationship-building skills, working alongside marketing and brand teams. Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities. Outstanding creativity and communication skills, both written and visual. Ability to generate brief creative content aligned with the brand’s tone of voice and core values. Positive, proactive attitude with a curiosity and ambition to excel in your field.
