AI Annotation Specialist
About you
You are a native-level speaker of English, with a strong ability to write English adapted to various tones and contexts. You have a curiosity about the world of Generative AI. You have experience in Content Moderation or Annotation and an understanding of the importance of policy application and evolution.
Requirements:
English language fluency at native or C2 level
Demonstrated aptitude for quickly learning and understanding new technologies
Excellent written English -an eye for detail, meticulous grammar, and proofreading skills, combined with fluid typing skills
Excellent critical thinking, written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn and understand instructions based on a range of complex policies
Capable of working to targets to self-manage day-to-day tasks with minimal guidance
Ability to adapt quickly to change and work independently and collaboratively
Ability to engage with sensitive, possibly disturbing content
Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members
Ability to answer free-form prompts (questions) across a general scope of topics
Ability to reference online resources and write cohesive, accurate, responsive, and sometimes empathetic answers to the prompts from the perspective of an AI model
Ability to understand written text of different complexity levels and lengths, to reflect on and to describe nuances of content meaning
Nice to haves:
Literary/writing background or education
Keen technical curiosity, awareness of and interest in the latest advancements in AI
Up-to-date knowledge of US culture and news
Experience in the trust and safety online sphere
Responsibilities:
Work on projects refining large language models (LLMs)
Write and edit AI responses to text prompts to align with project requirements
Understand and implement client policies and guidelines to make informed decisions
Collaborate with internal and client SMEs to ensure AI response alignment with project goals
Handling of high-level policy moderation and compliance cases
Critical analysis of policy application to find the best case outcome
Effectively propose solutions, demonstrating a proactive mindset
Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
Contribute to the advancement of the team's processes, efficiencies and best practices
Collaborate on client projects and new business opportunities
Note:
Training will be provided on specialist projects.
