Contract type: Permanent

We are currently seeking to hire an experienced HR Specialist on a permanent basis who will join our People Function based in our Park Place Office, Hatch Street, Dublin 2.

This role forms an integral part of HR and sits within the HR Operations team. The ideal candidate should have strong People Skills, be proficient in their technical abilities, and their attention to detail should be excellent. They should also have a genuine interest in working with data with a view to maximising reporting capabilities across the firm.

A snapshot of your peer group:

Third level degree, preferably in HR or related area of studyMinimum 2-3 years' experience in a large organisationIntermediate knowledge of Excel is essential, as well as experience working with MS Office applicationsAffinity to technology (SAP experience would be preferable but not essential) Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills is essentialStrong team player and flexible in their approach to workExcellent communication skills to include written and verbal communication Strong administration and support skills with the ability to work on own initiative Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment

Regulatory Requirements

Manage the team's regulatory requirements regarding the firm's performance development processEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
AI and Automation Projects

Promote AI and its applications within the HR teamLead projects to automate HR processes and improve efficiency
Performance Management

Assist in all areas of the Performance Management process for the firm
Reporting

Prepare and analyse HR reports to support decision-making
Promotions Process

Assist in all aspects of the promotions process
Pre-employment Screening

Assist with the screening process of employees working on specific client sites
General

HR Projects - Manage ongoing or new HR Projects as they arise Building and maintaining excellent relationships with internal support groups and the businessAdhoc HR Reporting
