Our role
We currently have a vacancy for a Learning & Development Specialist. Reporting to the HR Director, this is a very exciting role with the opportunity to use broad based learning & development skills to drive our strong performance culture. This role oversees the successful execution of L&D projects & initiatives while continuously evaluating programmes to ensure quality & effectiveness, maintaining comprehensive documentation & ensuring best in class industry outcomes.
Who you are
You are a passionate L&D professional, with experience in designing, developing and evaluating training/L&D programmes You have demonstrated experience in collaborating with key stakeholders to analyse individual & team based L&D needs, designing engaging learning solutions, creating supportive learning assets You possess the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality alongside an energetic, resilient and enthusiastic attitude You have a strong track record in building and maintaining effective working relationships to deliver business needs You are a known team player with great communication skills and are an ambassador of incredible employee and team experience You are highly responsive to stakeholders and have a natural ability to translate strategic business needs into practical service delivery requirements You are highly organised with the ability to manage a diverse workload, multiple priorities and deadlines You are technically proficient and have extensive experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) You have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment You have a degree/masters in HR, Organisational Development, Training or a Related discipline with additional qualifications in coaching desirable You have a minimum of 4-5 years in an L&D role ideally within professional servicesHow you will contribute
You will build relationships with the senior leaders within the Firm, partner with the various business streams and proactively anticipate issues and needs while providing solutions to address and support strategic learning & development initiatives You will roll out our annual L&D programme and directly design, develop ongoing programmes, learning solutions, assets and evaluation methodology Working together as a member of the HR team, you will support projects as they relate to Learning & Development within internal and global mobility, the annual graduate campaign as well as a number of ongoing programmes in wellness, diversity, belonging & inclusion, communication & recognition Oversee and deliver projects and initiatives as part of the People Strategy and support key organisational projects such as acquisitions, overseas integrations, organisational changes etc.-
