Powered Enterprise is KPMG’s world-class accelerated Enterprise Business Transformation approach for cloud-based solutions, such as SAP4 Hana, that uses pre-designed back-office leading practices and KPMG’s six-layer Target Operating Model. It enables clients to make better, faster decisions, resulting in a quicker implementation and a faster path to Return on Investment. This solution combines the breadth and scale of KPMG’s leading practice, capabilities and insight into a complete solution for an effective back-office.

Our teams are communities of technology focussed transformation professionals who work together to deliver KPMG Powered Enterprise. Our teams use their functional knowledge and experience (e.g., Finance, Quote to Cash, Procurement, Supply Chain), coupled with their expertise in the cloud applications to lead and deliver client programmes, support pre-sales activities and develop improvement and extensions to Powered Enterprise.

As a SAP support manager, your focus will be on providing expertise and support during and post implementation of SAP projects.

Your experience, skills and capabilities;

  • Extensive experience in supporting S/4HANA (preferred) and SAP ECC projects.
  • Experience in implementing, configuring and advising S/4HANA transformations.
  • Ideally familiarity with one or more industry solutions: life science, retail, banking/insurance, telecoms, agribusiness
  • Experience collaborating with teams of technical consultants onshore, nearshore and offshore with our KPMG Global Delivery Network

Your key responsibilities as part of the team;

  • Proactively assisting in the management of a portfolio of clients
  • Provision of PMO support to major projects/programmes.
  • Actively support & manage test management, cutover, and other daily support activities on SAP projects
  • Identify key design decisions in business-led, SAP enabled digital transformations.
  • Communicate how the technology solutions proposed can enable the digital transformation.
  • Be actively involved in business development activities to identify and research SAP opportunities on new/existing clients.
  • Providing guidance and expertise on the best practices of SAP methodologies & SAP S/4HANA
  • Support projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria.
  • Influence clients’ use of automation/iRPA
  • Train, mentor and supervise team members.
  • Keep up to date with the latest SAP updates, enhancements and features.
