Ireland Novartis Farmacéutica Full time

-Implements strategies at a country level, contributes to the timely listings and contract renewals of Novartis brands.
-Interprets payer research results to develop solid insights on explicit and implicit needs of payers.
- Leverages this payer environment knowledge to develop, optimal brand pricing, market positioning and stakeholder influence strategies.
-Delivers high quality, impactful, product listing agreements and develops negotiation strategies in collaboration with the Health Policy and/or Access Team.
-Manage cross-functional teams in the development and submission of evidence dossiers to HTA and/or P&R bodies
-Develops and maintains expertise on local decision making processes & uses this expertise to develop innovative pricing & reimbursement models.
-Providing pricing input to launch sequencing and monitoring, with countries & region, via governance bodies. The RWE Team Lead is responsible for a high-performing Real World Evidence (RWE) team, coordinating team resources and deliverables, developing quality control and workflow processes and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, as well as contributing to RWE projects.

Major Accountabilities:
•Lead a high-performing Real World Evidence (RWE) team, including the recruitment, onboarding, development, mentoring and coaching of team-members, with an emphasis on fostering top talent and promoting synergy and collaboration.
•Ensure and support the highest level of collaboration across different team locations including collaboration with other RWE Team Leads.
•Set group objectives, manage and evaluate team performance in conjunction with the RWE Group Lead. •Contribute to and support RWE projects.
•Manage team budget, including approval of expenses and vendor and contractor management.
•Support the leadership team in presenting KPIs and financial target achievements, including project summaries, and team revenues to stakeholders and internal audiences.
•Manage RWE service level agreements (SLAs), oversee and coordinate team resources and deliverables for global and local RWE needs; ensuring adherence and appropriate prioritization of projects while maintaining timelines and producing high quality output.
•Oversee the project management; maintain oversight of the projects status and progression, and analytic leadership of Non-Interventional Studies (NIS)

Role Requirements

Bachelor’s degree plus 11+ years conducting research in the pharma industry, contract research organization, or academic institute; or experience in a closely related discipline within the pharma industry (e.g., clinical research, statistics, epidemiology, pricing).
Or Master’s degree in a field such as epidemiology, biostatistics, micro-econometrics, statistics, bioinformatics or similar. 8+ years of experience conducting research in the pharma industry, contract research organization, or academic institute; or experience in a closely related discipline within the pharma industry.
Or; PhD in a field such as epidemiology, biostatistics, micro-econometrics, statistics, bioinformatics or similar. 7+ years of experience conducting research in the pharma industry, contract research organization, or academic institute; or experience in a closely related discipline within the pharma industry.
