SME Renewals Executive

Our client is one of the largest ad trusted Insurance brokers in Ireland looking after 100,000 customers nationwide. They are growing and expanding in the market and are now seeking to recruit a SME Renewal Executive to join there Tralee branch. 

As a SME Renewal Executive, you will be conducting market analysis and seeking the most competitive and suitable terms for our SME clients.  You will be operating in a fast-paced environment dealing with clients from our entire network of branches.


Responsibilities:

  • Ability to evaluate client requirements and provide suitable solutions whilst at all times adhering to Central Bank Regulations.
  • This is a client-focused position requires you to handle client insurance requirements, manage claims, and ensure compliance with management audit requirements.
  • Outlining policy covers, endorsements, and exclusions to client.
  • Issuing documents post-renewal.
  • Building relationships with clients and insurers.
  • You will have the opportunity to build strong working relationships with our customers, anticipate their needs, and address any issues that arise.

Requirements:

  •  Is CIP/Grandfathered with 3-5 yearsâ insurance experience.
  •  Is a fast learner and highly organised with great attention to detail.
  • Has the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Is IT proficient.
  • Has good negotiation and communication skills.
