Social Care Leader

Due to our client’s expansion, we are currently recruiting for Social Care Leaders for permanent roles in Laois.

The chosen candidate will provide a direct service to children in residential care as directed by the policies and procedures set out by our client, whilst guiding Social Care Workers.

We have a number of exciting residential roles in various services – aftercare planning, mainstream residential, and children’s disability.

To be considered for the role, interested applicants must meet the following criteria:
  1. Relevant Qualification in Social Care (minimum level 7)
  2. 2 years’ experience within Social Care
  3. Minimum 6 months working in the social care sector (placement experience considered)
  4. Full Clean Driver’s License preferred
  5. Knowledge of HIQA standards
  6. Flexible to work across all shifts – days, nights, evenings, weekends
