Job Purpose:

To create long-term, trusting relationships with our key customers delivering the best of service across a variety of projects. We cover print, POS and promotional product services.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  1. Ensure customer service is a top priority. Identify and resolve all issues relating to customers within Standard guidelines.
  2. Provide professional presentations to customers.
  3. Based on customer briefs, initiate all product development and source new concepts in collaboration with the Operations team.
  4. Maintain and update the database of local suppliers and manage the relationships.
  5. Liaise with suppliers and have strong negotiation skills.
  6. Process orders and invoices.
  7. Ensure all orders are tracked and reported against set contractual obligations.
  8. Produce accurate customer quotations and ensure quality samples and artwork for proposals.
  9. Communicate order status to all departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  10. Participate in industry trade shows to develop and maintain business relationships, improve product knowledge and identify opportunities to increase sales.
  11. Develop and maintain accurate, legible customer files.
  12. Submit all requested reports including but not limited to customer meeting reports, forecasts, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager in a timely fashion.

Skills Required:

  1. Experience in the promotional goods / print management / POS materials.
  2. Strong team attitude.
  3. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  4. First class, effective organisational skills.
  5. Pro-active approach to managing projects.
  6. Experience of working as part of a team.
  7. Keen eye for detail and understanding of budget restraints.
  8. Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a cool outlook.
  9. Personable and professional character that will allow you to build client rapport.
  10. Confidence to give clients trust in your work.
  11. Excellent knowledge of MS Office particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  12. Excellent problem solving ability.
  13. Enthusiastic and passionate.
