An Irish-owned and run business, started in 2015 with just 1 beauty product, now 8 years on it is an award-winning beauty brand made up of over 300 products and 3 sub brands.



Purpose of the Role

As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing their sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence internationally and achieving our sales targets.


Your everyday

  • Develop and execute sales strategies across all channels to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.  
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Implement effective pricing strategies and cost controls for optimised profit margins
  • Utilise customer data analysis for upselling, cross-selling, and personalised offers.
  • Plan and execute seasonal promotions & NPD plans with all commercial entities / Develop effective sales and promotional materials with the marketing team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with brand objectives.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and provide guidance and support to the sales team.
  • Analyse sales data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams for effective budget management
  • Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and targets.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.



What you will need

  • Proven experience in a senior sales role within the beauty industry, preferably with a focus on skincare, cosmetics, tanning products.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Ability to analyse sales data and generate reports to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
