This role reports directly to the CISO and will work closely with business leads to support a proactive resilience-based culture. Your role: Delivery of the Business Continuity Programme in line with group standards. Deliver appropriate crisis management procedures, plans, training and exercising company wide. Manage compliance and adherence to operational resilience standards, published by both the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Support the management of an annual testing programme that provides assurance BCCM strategies will work. Manage the development of education and awareness activity that supports the business and BCCM initiatives. Support the delivery of long-term resilience strategy supporting the business as it changes and controlling costs in line with company long term financial goals. Manage the delivery of appropriate BCCM governance materials to risk committees in a timely and effective manner. Support the development of the BCCM relationship team. Your essential skills: 5+ years' experience in a business continuity and crisis management role. Either hold or be working towards the Certificate in Business Continuity (CBCI) and be a member of the BCI at ABCI level or above. Up to date knowledge and understanding of BC and CM practices, standards and developments within the industry. Proven track record of collaborative working to deliver business continuity and ability to successfully communicate with and influence senior management. Good understanding of technical IT and facilities infrastructures Good presentation, influencing and communication skills Experience of working with ITSCM and Physical Security Officer functions.
