Your everyday...


âCultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads

â Prospect into buyer personas: CTOs, Engineering/IT leaders, and technical end users

â Meet and exceed individual monthly, quarterly, and annual New Logo targets

â Manage the full sales cycle

â Manage a sales pipeline in CRM, while maximizing prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Sendoso, and Outreach, etc.

â Handle quote creation and order processing

â Collaborate with the Sales ecosystem like Marketing, Account Development, Solutions Architects, and others.


What you bring to the table...


â 1+ years of full-cycle sales closing experience

â Familiarity with software, database, infrastructure, or open source technology a plus (preferred but not required)

â Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in highly competitive environment (top 10% performer)

â Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills

â Demonstrated success with cold calling and creative pipeline generation strategies

â Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales) is a plus

â College degree or equivalent work experience (preferred but not required)

â You're someone who is located in Ireland or who is happy to relocate for the right opportunity

â You have fluency in German/Dutch and English as a working language.

â Full-time work availability: 40 hours a week.

â You're someone who wants to learn, progress and develop your career

â You're someone who has decided to live and work in Ireland for 6 months or more
