  2. Supervise and develop a team of 25 staff, handling recruitment, training, and performance management.
  3. Oversee the cleanliness of the premises and ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.
  4. Manage financial aspects of the contract, including budgeting, expenditure control, and reporting.
  5. Represent Sodexo at client meetings and assist with special functions, sometimes outside normal working hours.
  6. Handle customer complaints and incidents, ensuring prompt resolution and reporting.
What you bring:
  1. 2-3 years of leadership and supervisory experience, preferably in a similar role.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
  3. Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
  4. Good front-of-house skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  5. Relevant vocational qualifications or an HND or equivalent.
