About you:
You can work efficiently and effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. You should have a solid understanding of the technical aspects of software deployment and usage, along with a thorough comprehension of commercial contracts in the software or IT sector. Additionally, you will need to develop strong relationships with current customers, swiftly and diplomatically resolving challenging situations to seize every opportunity.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Collaborate with divisional Managing Directors, Sales Leaders, Sales Managers, and Board Members within the Access division, while managing and developing commercial opportunities related to customer overuse and intellectual property infringement.
- Develop strong relationships with current customers and seize every opportunity by swiftly and diplomatically resolving challenging situations.
- Promptly and effectively address customer correspondence and draft best-in-class agreements that provide Access and its customers with clarity of the contractual relationship.
- Take on the responsibility of developing customer compliance within your designated division in order to meet revenue targets.
- Develop proficiency in comprehensively understanding the functionality of Access IP and other relevant third-party products.
- Deliver presentations and demonstrate software at various organizational tiers, including to executives at the C-level.
- Foster and enhance divisional achievements by establishing new initiatives to implement, generate, and oversee a range of projects, all aimed at improving customer compliance.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- You should have strong business acumen, the ability to think creatively in a commercial context, and experience in driving, building, maintaining, and controlling pipelines.
- An enthusiastic individual with a strong ability to initiate tasks and maintain a positive attitude despite challenges.
- Capable of working efficiently and effectively even in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- You should be knowledgeable about the technical aspects of software deployment and usage, and possess a thorough comprehension of commercial contracts in the software or IT sector.
- Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative, you should have excellent time management skills, the ability to prioritise a demanding workload, and the capability to work as part of a small team.
- Degree qualified in a relevant subject with previous experience in a B2B commercial role, including sales experience.
- Possess exemplary written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and strong proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Hold a full UK driving license and be prepared for travel and overnight stays as required.
