Roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Offer excellent HR support to staff and management
  • Coach and guide the supporting HR team
  • Ensure robust people plans are in place
  • Manage complex employee relations cases
  • Make recommendations where necessary while looking at the best approach for the whole business as one
  • Update members regularly on HR projects and areas of focus

 

Skills and experience required:

  • 6+ years in progressive HR positions
  • Degree in HR or other related matter with a CIPD qualification is preferable
  • Previous experience in leading a team
  • Have the ability to work alongside strong personalities with differing opinions
  • Strong experience working on difficult and legacy Irish ER cases
  • Experience in the charity or not for profit sector would be an advantage
  • Full clean drivers license with the ability to travel regularly
