At AECOM, we are recruiting a NEC Construction Project Manager to join us in our Dublin office.
Here’s what you’ll do:
Your day-to-day will include but not be limited to the following tasks and responsibilities;
Experience in managing construction contracts on large infrastructure projects.
NEC Contract Management experience including NEC4 ECC and NEC4 PSC
Manage a portfolio of clients with multiple projects.
Responsible for delivering revenues assigned from specific clients due to repeat business caused by flawless execution of projects.

Here’s what we’re looking for:
As the successful candidate, you will have experience working within our primary infrastructure markets along with having the following qualfications and experience.
Post Graduate Qualification – ideally Project Management / Construction / Engineering / Quantity Surveying related
In the process of pursuing Chartered Status with either of the following institutions; SCSI/RICS / CIOB / RIBA / EI
APM affiliation is a benefit
