On behalf of one of our most prestigious Clients, based in Dublin City Centre, a World leading Social-Media platform, we are looking for a fluent Italian and a fluent French speaker to work in possibly one of the most challenging and rewarding roles within the Company. In fact, the Customer Success Training and Onboarding role is an essential link between our Clientâs customers and their Customer Success resources. In this position, the role holder will be the one who guides customers through critical training and onboarding, ensuring that every customer is set up for long-term engagement and success. Please note that this position is an 11 months Contract which will still provide the Contractor with a unique and unvaluable work experience and a great amounts of rewards.

Who are we looking for? Someone, already based in Ireland, with strong knowledge of the Irish Markets and its dynamics, and with:


·       - 2+ years of professional experience in a Customer Success, Training, or L&D environment, sales or customer support;

·       - Experience delivering learning programs;

·       - Experience in a customer- or client-facing role (such as Client Success, Customer Success, or Account Management);

·       - Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to address both technical details and topics such as sales enablement and methodology;

·       - Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong listener and able to explain complex issues in simple terms and adapt tone for different audiences;

·       

Preferred Qualifications are:


·       - 4-year degree;

·       - Direct work experience in a training capacity, including external training as well as internal curriculum development and execution;

·       - Professional and confident public presence; experience commanding large audiences as a trainer and/or speaker in both virtual and in-person settings;

·       - Fluency in French or Italian and with a superb level of English (C1 or C2);

·       - Software sales effectiveness experience and possibly experience using different platforms and CRM;
