Hardware Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented  Hardware Engineer to join a fast growing team

In this role you will get to:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to our hardware products.
  • Assist Account Managers and the Sales team with any hardware expertise during aftersales support
  • Support the Senior Hardware Engineers with key projects and tasks
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide technical assistance.
  • Provide technical assistance to customers regarding hardware products, troubleshooting, and product functionality.
  • Work closely with customers to identify and resolve hardware issues, offering step-by-step guidance and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and quality assurance, to resolve complex technical problems.

To excel you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Basic knowledge of electronics is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support or engineering capacity.
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp complex technical concepts and apply them effectively.
  • Highly ambitious technology enthusiast looking to grow significantly in the role
  • Proficient at troubleshooting across Hardware and Software stacks
  • Passion for a fast-paced, high growth and high-tech environment
