My client, a major international company, is looking to welcome a German speaking Customer support and Admin Specialist to their growing Dublin-based team.


What does the typical day look like:

  • Collect information from internal system (using reports and questionnaires) and apply necessary workflow to provide the information to the relevant team and Management
  • Perform additional checks for the internal team and Management.
  • Perform necessary tasks, getting the full information about the sites etc

What are we looking for:

  • Native-level fluency in German (C2 or higher) and English fluency (B2 or higher).
  • Enthusiastic with a desire to learn.
  • Some admin or coordinating experience is preferred
  • The ability to work independently while also being a team player 
  • Computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word.
