What You'll Do:
- Provide essential administrative support to the HR team.
- Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection.
- Assist in recruitment efforts: job postings, interview coordination, onboarding.
- Handle employee queries and support performance reviews, disciplinary procedures, and more.
- Help coordinate training and development programs.
What We're Looking For:
- A qualification in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (CIPD is a plus).
- Experience in a similar HR admin role and knowledge of Irish employment law.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
