What You'll Do:

  • Provide essential administrative support to the HR team.
  • Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection.
  • Assist in recruitment efforts: job postings, interview coordination, onboarding.
  • Handle employee queries and support performance reviews, disciplinary procedures, and more.
  • Help coordinate training and development programs.


What We're Looking For:

  • A qualification in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (CIPD is a plus).
  • Experience in a similar HR admin role and knowledge of Irish employment law.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
