Vi søker etter en erfaren Supply Chain Manager

Stillingen har hovedansvaret for alle innkjøp til KAEFER-selskapene i Norge.

Du vil være en sentral medarbeider i KAEFER Norge og ansvar for et betydelig innkjøpsvolum i milliardklassen.

KAEFER satser stort på automatisering av prosesser, herunder RPA og visualisering i Power BI.

Avdelingen består i dag av 7 engasjerte medarbeidere, og er en del av Økonomi- og administrasjonsdivisjonen i KAEFER Energy som teller rundt 30 ansatte.

  • Lede og koordinere arbeidet i Innkjøpsavdelingen, inkludert personalansvar
  • Utvikle strategiske leverandører sammen med driftsenhetene i selskapet
  • Utarbeide innkjøp-, logistikk og leveranseprosedyrer, identifisere og implementere forbedringstiltak
  • Identifisere, prognostisere behov og utnytte stordriftsfordeler på tvers av prosjekter og avdelinger
  • Identifisere leverandører, planlegge anskaffelser og gi bistand i tilbudsarbeid 
  • Systemansvarlig for innkjøpssystemet, SAP SRM, herunder vedlikehold av leverandør og lagerregister
  • Sikre at de innkjøpte produkter tilfredsstiller de aktuelle krav og spesifikasjoner, og dokumentasjon
  • Lede bærekraftsarbeidet sammen med leverandører og koordinere arbeidet med åpenhetsloven i leverandørkjeden
  • Ansvar for kommunikasjon av innkjøpsrelaterte temaer i selskapet og kommunikasjon med Supply Chain-avdelingen i konsernet
  • Erfaring fra ledelse av innkjøp
  • Interesse for automatisering, effektivisering og øke kvaliteten i prosesser
  • God kontraktsforståelse, analytisk og innsikt i viktige mekanismer i bransjen
  • Evne til å planlegge, gjennomføre og styre flere oppgaver på samme tid
