IT Contracts Analyst
Our client has an exciting opportunity for an IT Contracts Analyst to join their growing organisation.
Reporting to the IT Contract Performance Manager, the IT Contracts Analyst will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management, administration, change management and monitoring of key IT managed service contracts with third-party suppliers.
They will also be responsible for reviewing and providing input to any changes to agreed contractual scope as well as escalating and managing issues with third-party suppliers as they arise.

Responsibilities:
- Support the administration and management of large and complex IT Managed Service contracts across the IT estate to drive contract value, quality and efficiency.
- Ensure that contract commitments are achieved; by reviewing and reporting on service level performance by key suppliers.
- Escalate Supplier performance or cost issues as they arise to IT Management.
- Track contract spend against approved limits and monitor long term consumption trends, reporting regularly to IT Management on trends and forecasts.
- Organise regular contract review meetings between vendors and the IT Contract Performance Manager, supporting the IT Contract Performance Manager as required to produce\review associated documentation\minutes, and track associated actions through to completion.
- Engage with vendors outside regular formal interactions as demand and issues dictate.
- Support the application of service credits, and in collaboration with internal stakeholders (IT, Supply Chain, Legal), support the implementation of contract changes where the scope of services change over the contract term.
- Review and input to all contract-related work and drawdowns.
- Engage with internal and external auditors in relation to contracts as required.
Experience:
- Experience performing similar contract management activities is desirable.
- Experience with third party IT managed services is desirable.
- Relevant third level qualification and or accreditation is desirable.
- A minimum of 3 yearsâ Experience in the water, utilities or similar industries is desirable and or relevant experience.
- Experience managing a team, with strong people, change management and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
- Proven track record with dealing with complex issues, proactively and in a timely fashion along with the ability to communicate information to others.
- Highly motivated individual, working to the highest professional standards and with proven ability to deliver results within a team.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and analyse problems and potential improvements and propose and implement solutions.
