Manufacturing Project Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Manage projects for new equipment/process introductions and production line transitions.
- Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.
- Ensure project deliverables meet cost, schedule, and quality targets.
- Provide manufacturing support and validate equipment/processes.
- Define acceptance criteria and generate manufacturing documentation.
- Design/source equipment and train production staff.
- Interface with external customers and embed Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Collaborate cross-functionally for seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with EN13485, GMP, and Health and Safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum level 8 engineering or science qualification.
- 4+ years' experience in a similar role.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in Equipment and Process Validation.
- Strong mechanical background with metals/plastics processing knowledge.
- Experience in highly regulated environments (ISO13485, FDA).
- Innovative, motivated, and organized individual.
- Excellent communication, planning, and decision-making skills.
- Leadership abilities with knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a technical environment.
This role requires a proactive individual capable of driving projects while ensuring manufacturing excellence.
