The Role:

Dynamic Associate Creative Director with next level ideas who can translate critical thinking through crafted and compelling design.

You’re the type who asks for forgiveness not permission. A creative live-wire who leads from the front to get our work noticed on a global scale. Within a unique creative playground, you’ll live and breathe brand experience in all forms, from physical spaces to digital interactions and beyond. You know what it means when we say ‘experience is everything’ (and everywhere).

You’ll be comfortable leading a project from concept to reality, adding flair, intelligence and attention to detail every step of the creative process.

In exchange, you’ll get to say ‘I did that’ for some of the biggest brands in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • An innovative conceptual thinker who can bring their ideas to life through strong design skills.
  • You know what connects with the modern audience and can create concepts that work across the multiple different channels they engage with.
  • You’re the type of person who loves to take an idea and run with it.
  • Help to drive creative excellence in our Dublin office as well as working with our UK and US based teams to deliver best in class global campaigns.
  • Ideating, developing and designing big ideas is second nature to you, be it for major brand activations, immersive events or even show stopping campaign comms.
  • Leading creative and styling on live projects and installs where needed
  • Produce creative treatments and storytelling based decks that excites clients and wins projects.
  • Working collaboratively with suppliers/freelancers to bring concepts and ideas to life.
  • Happy to support and nurture others within the creative team to set new standards.

Your Skills:

  • Experience working within brand experience/experiential at a senior level.
  • Fluent in the usual software – Adobe CC, Powerpoint, Keynote - 3D render experience is a bonus.
  • Enjoys the thrill of presenting to clients and colleagues.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic, keeping on top of trends to make sure we’re always moving forward.
  • Team player who leaves ego at the door.
  • Passionate, agile and being cool under pressure.
  • Happy to roll sleeves up on day-to-day work and move the dial when it’s pitch time .
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Believes you’re only as good as your next piece of work.

Location:

  • Our office is based in Dublin but hybrid working is fine by us. We have the infrastructure to allow our team to collaborate no matter where they are. If it works for the team, it works for us. Note: There will be the requirement for in person meetings.
