The HR Officer has a key role in managing and enhancing the overall administration of our HR activities.
Requirements:
- Ideally have experience in a similar role.
- 3rd Level HR Qualification (CIPD Membership is preferred but not essential)
- In-depth knowledge of employment legislations, immigration law, and relevant legislation in the areas outlined below.
- Attention to detail is a pre-requisite.
- Ability to work on your own initiative.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize your workload.
- Sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and driven.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the full employee lifecycle, including but not limited to attraction, recruitment, on-boarding, retention, training and development.
- Managing inductions for new employees.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support and guidance on a wide range of ER issues.
- Promote a positive and engaged work environment.
- Identify training and development needs, as well as facilitating team building activities.
- Conduct and support the Disciplinary and Grievances, ensuring the accurate and timely resolution and documentation of the issues or concerns raised.
- Keeping up-to-date with all relevant employment legislation, upcoming regulatory developments, and trends.
