Job Summary

The CNC Pressbrake Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining high-precision sheet metal machinery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with CNC Pressbrakes, preferably TRUMPF & DURMA models.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform daily checks and maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal functionality and accuracy.
  2. Inspect and measure finished products, verifying compliance with design specifications and tolerances.
  3. Set up, adjust, and operate CNC machines, including deburring and final inspection processes.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
  5. Read and interpret technical drawings to guide production and ensure precision.
  6. Keep track of parts and materials, ensuring proper labeling and organization.
Requirements
  • 4 years of experience as a CNC Pressbrake operator.
  • Skilled in operating CNC machinery and tooling.
  • Manual handling certificate.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Keen eye for detail and results-driven approach.
  • Good communication abilities.
  • Strong team player.
