We are particularly interested in candidates that have significant stakeholder management experience, in addition to the following:
- Over years of experience providing leadership in managing EE testing, preferably in non-functional testing, performance testing, operational acceptance testing, ideally in banking or a similar domain.
- Strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the testing kick-off meeting.
- Review the project deliverables and project status regularly.
- Ensure smooth project delivery.
- Participate in regular meetings with project management.
- Communicate accomplishments, plans, issues, and risks.
- Develop and maintain test schedules, track and forecast project costs and labor hours.
- Manage project risks.
- Maintain testing project status, experienced in project quality audits.
- Provide weekly reports and project closure reports.
- Plan resource management.
- Accountable for test estimates.
- Obtain management support for the time, resources, and budget required to perform the NFT testing.
- Manage end-to-end NFT test delivery.
- Participate in PDG and Leadership Governance.
- Liaise with NFT architects and ensure Bank standards and frameworks are adhered to.
- Provide mentoring, coaching, and operational support to the team.
- NFT issue and escalation management.
- Manage the test process from a governance perspective.
- Accountable for test metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvements.
