Group Pensions Premiums Team Administrator - 10 month contract

Zurich Life Assurance plc is looking for a Group Pensions Premiums Team Administrator. The role itself will focus on what matters to Zurich customers. Meeting customer demands is a key part of this role. The role offers you the ability to expand your knowledge base and create future opportunities within Corporate Life & Pensions.

This role may be available part-time or full time. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren't available full-time. Please talk to us at interview about the flexibility you may need.

Your Role

As a Group Pensions Premiums Team Administrator your main responsibilities will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:

  1. Ensuring that pension scheme contributions are uploaded correctly
  2. Ensuring all the required actions and controls around the contribution upload process are accurately and consistently adhered to
  3. Ensuring group scheme contribution accounts are accurately reconciled and recorded
  4. Ensuring scheme contacts are advised when contributions have been applied while at the same time requesting any outstanding information
  5. Ensuring timely chasing of outstanding requirements to facilitate the contribution upload process
Your Skills and Experience

As a Group Pensions Premiums Team Administrator your skills and qualifications will include:

  1. Third Level Qualification
  2. Strong numerical ability is essential
  3. Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel & Word
  4. Knowledge of pension scheme contribution process is desirable
  5. High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  6. Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
  7. Be well organised and capable of working to tight deadlines
  8. Excellent interpersonal skills
  9. Ability to work independently
  10. Be enthusiastic ambitious self-starter
  11. Ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with all colleagues and clients.
Additional Information

Primary work location is Blackrock, Co. Dublin.
