Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Psychiatric Nurse to provide skilled and empathetic care to patients within our psychiatric units. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans that cater to the unique needs of each individual.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their physical and emotional needs.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans that address patients' goals and outcomes.
- Provide direct nursing care to patients, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
