Your Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver a high standard of evidence-based, individualised care.
  • Supervise and allocate duties to healthcare assistants.
  • Work effectively and efficiently, managing time and personal organisation while adhering to organisational procedures and work structures.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with residents and their families.
  • Reflect the client's mission statement through responsible, empathetic, and professional healthcare.

What you need:
  • Previous experience in psychiatric nursing in Ireland.
  • NMBI PIN number.
  • Valid & up-to-date CPR certification.
  • Valid Manual Handling certification.
  • Valid Elder Abuse Certificate.
  • MAPA Training.
  • Two previous employment references.
  • Strong knowledge of HIQA standards.
  • Fluent English skills, both written and oral.
  • All Hep B vaccinations received.
  • Own transport is desirable but not essential.

Medforce is one of multiple Tier 2 suppliers; all agencies on the supplier panel pay the same hourly rates.
