About the Role:
Our client is a leading Irish housing developer with a strong track record of delivering high-quality residential projects. With a large pipeline of developments across all sides of Dublin, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee construction activities and ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Coordinate with utility providers, including Irish Water, to ensure seamless service connections and compliance.
- Supervise subcontractors and site teams, maintaining health & safety standards.
- Work closely with project managers and engineers to drive efficiency and problem-solve on-site issues.
- Ensure adherence to planning, environmental, and building regulations.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential construction in Ireland.
- Strong knowledge of utility coordination, particularly with Irish Water.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
