Join Our Journey Workstreet, a leading provider of compliance and security services, is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team and lead customer acquisition in the EMEA region. This is a critical role as our first AE in Ireland, and you'll have the exciting opportunity to shape our presence in the market, work closely with our Vanta MSP partner, and drive the growth of Workstreet in EMEA.

You Will:
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Oversee the free services trial process as part of the sales cycle, ensuring a high level of conversion from trial to customer.
- Drive and exceed assigned sales quotas, consistently hitting targets and driving revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Vanta's EMEA sales team and collaborate with them to drive mutual success.
- Identify, engage, and nurture prospective clients, particularly those seeking compliance and cybersecurity solutions.
- Understand customer pain points and articulate how Workstreet's services can help align with their business goals and deliver value.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and sales forecasts in Hubspot CRM to track progress and performance.
You Have:
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle sales, ideally in cybersecurity, compliance, or a related field.
- A history of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a focus on small to medium-sized businesses (10–300 employees).
- Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships, particularly with partners and cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in a partner-driven sales model, where collaboration with other teams or platforms is essential to success.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, HITRUST, PCI DSS) and cybersecurity concepts is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate contracts and articulate value propositions clearly.
- A self-starter who is motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
