Job Description:Senior Construction Project Manager - Solar PV & BESS
Up to €110,000 + Up to 15% Bonus + Career Development + Great Package

This reputable renewable specialist identifies, develops, and delivers utility scale solar and energy storage systems across the UK and the world. Their portfolio includes some of the largest solar farms in the UK. They have thrived in recent years and have an impressive pipeline of projects nearing the construction phase of their lifecycle, and they are now looking to expand their construction team to drive successful delivery of projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the construction of Solar PV and BESS projects across Ireland and the UK. You will coordinate all construction activities, liaise with various stakeholders, prepare and manage schedules and budgets, report on progress, problem-solve any issues, and ensure all projects are completed on time, to budget, and to high standards. You will also provide strategic input to improve processes and ensure excellent execution.
The ideal candidate will have a background in construction project management working on large scale renewable projects. Candidates should have sound knowledge of FIDIC / NEC contracts and how to deliver them, and a good understanding of H&S regulations across the UK and Ireland.

- Oversee and manage all construction activities for Solar and BESS projects
- Stakeholder management, liaison, and coordination
- Prepare and manage budgets and schedules
- Stakeholder and contractor coordination and management
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards
- Strategic planning and input
- Based in Dublin or Cork office
- Construction Project Manager
- Background working on large renewable projects
- Degree qualified in relevant engineering discipline (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical etc.)
- Good knowledge of NEC / FIDIC contracts
- Strong understanding of H&S legislation in UK and Ireland
