Your New Role

As a Senior Site Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations on our construction sites. You will ensure projects are completed on time, to the highest standards of quality.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all on-site activities, including subcontractors and suppliers.
  • E nsure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers for smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
  • Manage site documentation, including contracts, permits, and safety records.
  • Lead and motivate the site team to achieve project goals and maintain high standards of quality construction.

What You Need to Succeed

  • A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, preferably in residential construction.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
  • A valid driving license and ability to travel to various sites as required.
