You don't need to be a wizard with I.T, but you must be able to read drawings and be able to manage the subcontractors, give direction and manage the quality whilst being able to work well and use initiative if issues arise.Coming from a trade or educational background is a benefit but not essential. What You'll Get in ReturnIn return for the above, you will work for an organisation that has a strong presence within the industry and produces high-quality work. You will be given the autonomy to run and manage a high-end build project and you will be left to your own devices but have strong support on site and from senior management. You will be paid by the hour for what you work, and paid on a weekly basis.OR Can be paid on a direct salary from commencement.Your hourly rates depend on whether you are a PAYE worker or acting as self-employed.The rates are typically between €35.00 and €50.00 per hour and paid for 45–50 hours per week (€80,000 - €110,000) based on standard worked hours.Salary wise is dependent on your experience as by their requirements. This would be in the range of €80,000 to €90,000 + a benefits package. This would include vehicle, pension, discretionary bonus etc. For this role, you will also be givenGood flexibilityWhere required and an opportunity to progress up the ranks if that is something you will be after in the future. They also operate away from Dublin City Centre, which is always a bonus, and will continue to do so indefinitely.
